Stay duration Policy
Minimum 3 night stays except for stays over Xmas and
New Years Day when we require a minimum 7 night stay.
Checkin is 3pm or later and Checkout is by 10am.
Early checkin and / or late checkout can be arranged
(subject to availability)
for an additional fixed cost of 50% of the nightly rate.

3 night stays Cost $290 per night
4 nights or longer cost $250 per night
31 nights or longer cost $235 per night
