While bookings work similarly to hotel style accommodation, our bookings are made under a simple tenancy agreement requiring no letting fee or additional fees.
There are no hidden consumable fees, occupancy, linen fees etc... to be added to the bill.
We handle the scheduling of linen changes (for stays of 14 nights or more), end of stay cleans, maintenance / repairs, and bookings so that the tenants experience is very similar to that of a hotel with the benefit of comfortable, quality, home style accommodation.

The properties are located near the intersection of Tully Rd / Stokes Way in East Perth
For security reasons we do not provide an exact location / address until you have made an enquiry.
It is approximately a ten minute walk to Royal St by following Tully Rd to Victory Terrace, turning right and walking along and over the footbridge at Claisebrook inlet. The free city CAT bus stop is shown on the map (on Royal St) at the end of the walk described above.
Alternatively you can walk down to the Swan river foreshore reserve and follow the walking trails along the river.
There is a BP service (fuel / groceries) station on the corner of Kensington Rd and East Parade and a good selection of Cafe's and Restaurants either side of Plain St on Royal St plus an excellent grocery store on Royal St near the corner of Royal and Plain St.
