While bookings work similarly to hotel style accommodation, our bookings are made under a simple tenancy agreement requiring no letting fee or additional fees.

There are no hidden consumable fees, occupancy, linen fees etc... to be added to the bill.
We handle the scheduling of linen changes (for stays of 14 nights or more), end of stay cleans, maintenance / repairs, and bookings so that the tenants experience is very similar to that of a hotel with the benefit of comfortable, quality, home style accommodation.

The properties are located near the intersection of Tully Rd / Stokes Way in East Perth
For security reasons we do not provide an exact location / address until you have made an enquiry.
It is approximately a ten minute walk to Royal St by following Tully Rd to Victory Terrace, turning right and walking along and over the footbridge at Claisebrook inlet. The free city CAT bus stop is shown on the map (on Royal St) at the end of the walk described above.

Alternatively you can walk down to the Swan river foreshore reserve and follow the walking trails along the river.

There is a BP service (fuel / groceries) station on the corner of Kensington Rd and East Parade and a good selection of Cafe's and Restaurants either side of Plain St on Royal St plus an excellent grocery store on Royal St near the corner of Royal and Plain St.

Our family really enjoyed staying at your premises and will be looking forward to stay there again on our next trip downunder.
My parents were really pleased with the surrounding area and they enjoyed it so much that they felt like its really a home away from home. :)
A fully equipped house in a very nice neighborhood, what more can you ask for? We truly enjoyed our stay there! We don't have any negative feedback to give except praises and good reviews on this property.

Looking for excellent, spacious holiday accommodation can be a difficult task especially when you cannot view the property before arrival. However, with the East Perth luxury townhouse, you can't go wrong. The owners must be complimented on the little things that they do to make your stay comfortable, like the complimentary bar, tea & coffee etc. This is truly a home away from home! I have no hesitation in staying here again.

The house was ideal for our week's stay in Perth. It's conveniently located, very clean, modern & spacious. The owners of the house have put careful consideration to guest needs, everything you may require in a holiday house or short stay house is already there!

Very clean house with spacious rooms & comfortable beds. Perfect for our family of 4 adults, 1 toddler and a baby. We loved it and highly recommend to friends visiting Perth city. Quiet street too and walking distance to a playground & restaurants.

We stay in Perth and our family had a week at this property whilst visiting us. It was such a comfortable flat for their stay, giving each one enough space not to feel like they were living on top of each other. We loved the fact that it showed them a quiet but beautiful side to Perth and gave them a feeling of being pampered. The owner made himself very approachable to us and we were never bothered by anything unimportant.....thank you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The townhouse was tastefully furnished, well equiped and comfortable. Having an attached garage with internal access made arrival and departure much easier with a young child. Welcome drinks were an unexpected & appreciated bonus! We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great property, and perfect for 3 couples or a family. Everything was provided that you would need for a short or long stay. Cold drinks in the fridge were a welcome sight and very thoughtful. Beds were super comfortable and towels big and luxurious.
Having the 2 lounge areas was a bonus, especially if you had guests and wanted to talk in one room, the kids could go upstairs and watch TV or foxtel in the other lounge.
The area was great, with a short walk to the river and easy access to catch the free Cat buses that went to the city. Supermarket was also only a short walk away.
I would definately recommend this property.
We had a great stay and will definately be back. Thank you.

Superb accomodation, very cosy and well equipped. We were there in the winter, the heater provided all the warmth we needed. Even the bathrooms have heaters.
The spa bath was fantastic. Kitchen has everything we need too. There is even a good steam iron and sturdy ironing board.
The house is spotless and has a 5 star hotel standard.
Checking in and dealing with the owner has been easy.
Great place and we will be back! :-)

i really enjoyed the stay at the east Perth luxury townhouse, the garage was a bit of a squeeze but other than that it was great, easy to get to the city and graham farmer freeway.

Tarsha was great to deal with, professional and friendly - thankyou! We managed the garage, even with a 4WD and Falcon Sedan. Highly recommended ... we look forward to our next stay!

a lovely house, everything we needed was there, and so clean, very nicely decorated, and beautiful soft bath towels, the whole house oozed luxury. East Perth restaurants a nice walk away, even saw dolphins in the river, I would recommend this house to anyone, Beut.

We very much enjoyed our stay in the East Perth Townhouse. The property was very clean and tidy, only a short distance from the river, park, IGA supermarket and close to the freeway. It was just perfect for many reasons: having your own washing machine and dryer, a double garage in which to secure our car and trailer, the spa bath to relax in, the welcome drinks in the fridge, nice linen and big comfy beds and no need to carry door keys because of the combination lock on the front door are just a few. We look forward to using this property again.

Hi there,
I would love to reccommend this property to anyone visiting Perth. My son and I recently shared with another mum and her son as the boys were representing their state for AFL. We stayed a week and found the town house to be immaculately clean with everything we needed for a comfortable homely stay, the boys made good use of the gym equipment to warm up and down before and after games so this was a real bonus for us. We all had privacy which was important and were central to anywhere we needed to go. The surrounding area is just beautiful and we walked everywhere. The train station was a short stroll and the city is so close (2 stops). Honestly we were just delighted with absolutley everything. The management made booking and payment simple even though we were miles away and we knew if anything went wrong we had information and contact numbers on hand in the information pack provided to us before we left home. When I next go to Perth I won't hesitate to stay here again. Sincere thanks from all of us.

I've never been a fan of hotels and always prefer to find somewhere to stay that feels like 'home'. Tully Rd felt exactly like that. The place is incredibly spacious and could easily support six people staying at any one time with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and three toilets. It has a massive kitchen with an oven and microwave - easy to entertain any local guests. Bathroom - dryer - spa - even it's own mini-gym. The location is ideal - within walking distance of public transport, shops and some great restuarants. Solid airconditioning - garage parking for up to two cars for those who want to hire cars - TV and DVD players (even a selection of films so you don't have to run to the DVD library, although we never found the time to really consider films). TV is each bedroom with their own remotes - even some complimentary drinks on arrival. I have to say that I was utterly impressed with the quality and level of service during our stay and I look forward to considering this my 'second home' any time I need to head over WA way. In short - highly recommend. Great value, great location and great service.

It's taken me a long time to write a review, quite simply because I forgot. We had a wonderful time staying in the townhouse. With 3 Bedrooms, a large kitchen and eating area plus a good size lounge, space is plentiful. The nice touches of TV's and DVD players in every room was a bonus and with two kids each wanting to watch different movies, it solved many disagreements.
The bathrooms were large and parking was convenient, even though a little too tight for a large car like we had. There is ample street parking also if you simply returning quickly to the apartment. We'll certainly be back!

Wonderful, spacious, clean and lovely property. Family of 6 adults were so comfortable and it felt like home. Well insulated so much so we did not need the heater, even in winter. Cnveniently located - close to free bus to city and to a lovely park by the river. The gym was an added bonus, esp on those rainy days when we could not go out for jog/walks. Have recommended this place to my friends without hesitation.
